There hasnt been any official date Windows Phone 7 will be coming to Singapore. However, if my gut feeling is not wrong, it might be coming Q1/Q2 in 2011 at least. Waiting for SingTel.
Steve Ballmer will be heading to NYC to attend Windows Phone 7 launch Event. Well, i cant eager to feel and touch the Windows Phone 7. Mobile brands including HTC , Samsung , Garmin-Asus and LG might be planning to release their phones into the mass market.
Definitely, SingTel might be releasing it, Starhub or M1
It might be selling to Europe, United States.... and lastly Asia , Malaysia or Singapore.
